NC LETS is an independent property and management letting agency situated next to Newcastle College, Rye Hill Campus which is in close proximity of Newcastle Central Station.

We have been offering a wide selection of properties to students and professionals over a number of years and have built strong, close relationships with our landlords whom entrust us fully with their properties. We are a small but dedicated team who deliver a first class level of customer service and are proud that many of our tenants renew their contracts further. NC Lets have their own in house maintenance department ensuring all repairs are booked and carried out in a timely fashion. We also have a helpline for 'out of office hours' emergencies which is manned by senior management.
